About Scrambly

Scrambly was founded in 2022 by Alexander Hrankin and Illia Frantsevskyi as a shared vision to build a performance-driven platform from the ground up.

Before starting Scrambly, Alexander served as Director of Strategic Partnerships at MAF, bringing a strong foundation in mobile advertising and growth strategy. He teamed up with Illia, a seasoned software engineer and product enthusiast. After weeks of focused collaboration, Scrambly officially launched in August 2022.

To fuel the next stage of growth, they secured early backing and mentorship from the co-founders of MAF — a key moment that helped turn vision into momentum.

Since then, Scrambly has grown fast—expanding its team, scaling partnerships, and continuously raising the bar for performance and service for advertisers.
